Lemonade

Juice some lemons, then scale this recipe to the amount of juice.

Method

  1. Dissolve the granulated sugar in the hot water.

    Advice

    This can take a lot of stirring. If your water is no longer hot, microwaving it can speed up the process a lot.

  2. In a large pitcher, combine the sugar water[1], lemon juice, and cool water.

  3. Fill each glass almost completely with ice, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt, and then fill with lemonade[2].

Notes

This makes rather strong lemonade (Colin likes it that way). If you want to dilute yours, you can partially fill your glass with water before pouring in the lemonade.
