- Yield
-
6 cups of lemonade per 1 cup of juice
Ingredients
Method
- 1x lemon juice
- 0.75x granulated sugar
- 1x hot water
- 1.5x cool water
- ice
- flaky salt
-
Dissolve the granulated sugar in the hot water.
-
In a large pitcher, combine the sugar water[1], lemon juice, and cool water.
-
Fill each glass almost completely with ice, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky salt, and then fill with lemonade[2].
Notes
This makes rather strong lemonade (Colin likes it that way). If you want to dilute yours, you can partially fill your glass with water before pouring in the lemonade.
